The 2021 Toyota Highlander is a three-row family crossover that’s been going strong at dealerships like the Toyota dealer serving McCall since it first appeared on the American scene in 2001. Currently in the second year of its fourth generation, the Highlander is still on top of its game, thanks to its outstanding reliability, comfortable and quiet ride, powerful V6 engine and long list of active safety features.
Changes for 2021 include a new sporty XSE trim level that features bold exterior styling, exclusive 20-inch wheels, a sport-tuned suspension and black exterior embellishments. Inside, the driver and passenger will appreciate the comfortable seats, and everyone will be impressed by the leather upholstery found in the upper Platinum trim. The second-row bench provides seating for eight, while the XLE and Limited trims get a pair of second-row captain’s chairs that reduce the seating capacity to seven, although the eight-seat configuration is optional at no extra cost.
