The 2023 Toyota Camry is a midsize sedan that has remained the most popular passenger car for two decades. The 2023 Camry seats five and is offered in six trim levels: LE, SE, SE Nightshade, XSE, XLE and TRD. All trims except the TRD are equipped with a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine generating 203 horses and 184 lb-ft of torque for models with front-wheel drive. With all-wheel drive, this block produces 202 hp and 182 lb-ft. In the XSE, it generates either 206 hp and 186 lb-ft with front-wheel drive or 205 hp and 185 lb-ft with all-wheel drive.

The Camry TRD is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 that makes 301 hp and 267 lb-ft of torque. This engine is available in the XLE and XSE. Both engines are connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
